Hello,
I wanted to know if a GM could help me with my ticket.

I saw on Capitors post that if i send in a ticket and then message Warnhal and i would get a respond.
I haven't received a response in almost a week and the person helping me with my ticket said he cannot help me anymore.
Can someone please point me to the right direction!
