I don't want to make a Unique reset because if I do all my Uniques skills will disipear, I just want to get rid of one and not all of them. I going to make a suggestion, am sure this is already been suggested but am making it again.

 

When you activate the Unique Rest Book/Scroll you can choose which Unique Skill you want to get rid off.

 

Or make another item that cost a little bit more than the original Unique Reset Book/Scroll and make so that one has this unique effect and the originally one reset all Unique skills.

It's not a priority. Good idea, sure, can even be expanded to all resets, should it be put up front on the list of things to do, hell no.

I'm assuming it was directed at my response so I'll be more clear.

 

It's a good proposal yes, but it shouldn't be made a priority as there are far more important things to fix first.
