As the title, By mistake, I have just destroyed my "Big Cart" which received from the event two weeks ago.

I've put a lot of items inside that cart.

Is there anyway to get it back ?

 

I knew that any player can buy Item Recovery Request in-game and send a ticket to Support to request Item Recovery.

But in this case, 500 Points are not worth for this.

I am sorry to hear you destroyed your cart. That is very unfortunate.

However you perfectly described the steps to get it back.

 

For sure there is another option: You can wait for this kind of event to maybe return or you can wait if we decide to put that cart into the Item Mall one day (which will actually not happen this year). At this point it's your decision if the items in the extra inventory are worth an Item Recovery or not. No matter what your decision will be the items will stay in your extra inventory and patiently wait until they can be taken out again.
