Which staff is better? I've got a Kronos Spell 4, Matk 1 but then i saw that the mental stick gave -3 sec casting for pwave and is also enchantable although it gives less matk and int

It depends... are you planning on doing damage?

tested it out and my clean mental stick does 4k while my kronos does 5k each hit for pwave, i don't really notice the -3s var cast

-3 seconds var from Mental Stick is subtracted from full variable casting time, before being reduced from either dex/int or reduction as %.
So -3 seconds would be negligible if you have high dex/int and/or %casting time reduction.

2 hand staff > 1 hand staff.

kronos leave you without shield and this is important for mage class, you need high defense, but por another part more damage mean to the mob will dead faster. that 3 sec of cast only work on SW and that is not you only skill so, if you want more damage kronos is the better cheap option, but mental stick+shield is balanced on damage and defence
