Recently made a new RC GX.  I've been going for FS enchants on my Nab's but how do they compare to +atk% enchants?

Highest %s you can stack I think is 3/3/3 which isn't super great. I think FS is better, not necessarily because it will be more damage (that depends on how much you have already), but because of the to-hit bonus you'll get that is useful in some of the recent instances (sarah & fenrir; horror toy factory).

 

Highest FS I think is 3/4/6, though I wouldn't hold my breath for that.

While atk% can give you higher numbers depending on how much raw atk you alteady have, FS helps with hit rate. I have some ATK%6 FS6 and they are quite good :v

I think 2 FS Enchant and 1 %Atk enchant is a great choice

 

Off-topic: Do you guys prefer to put a Porcellio or elemental resists at Nab Cloth ?

It is a very good choice indeed. I just dont like it aesthetically, you have two shiny orbs and then this crystalized tear drop when you right-click.
