We have set the mail to expire after 5 minutes for testing purposes only.mail normally expires after 15 days!

We are waiting on the exe changes for the updated capacity for bulk mailers.

Doesn't seem back end related so... Upon launching the client from the patcher related to system/iteminfo.lub not existing. And all items are apples or have no info or sprite at all.

 

 

Also minor annoyances:

 

(Top: How it looks by default. Bottom: Quick edits).

 

Why does the translated fonts in the client look so weird (top) :v Fitting Arial Regular 12pt, like the entire client uses, shouldn't be difficult. The off looking text follows with every other translated ui button.

The item lua patch was released about 5 minutes ago. When you patch Sakray what does your patch2.txt look like?

Does lua patch fix skill animations ?

Just repatched and got the lua patch.

 

But launching the client gives 2 errors:

•  _New_2DLayer_F.lua:313: table index is nil
• NO!! 2D_LAYER_NEW_TABLE

The client will still open after the 2 errors though.

Looking into that.. I don't know if this is related but Amistr Bag Costume is working right.

Found it! The new lua files included the summoner class already. The game didn't know what to do with that information. I have commented it out and will test the fix

Bugs:

• The friends and party window both still contain icons for sending mail, and view information (which has never been implemented in the first place). But as of the new client, both buttons don't exist anymore, but their place in the window is still there.
• Fixed Cast is broken (like how it was on Chaos). But I'm assuming this is because Sakray still has the broken refinement rate server build.

 

In the RODEX window, private message window, private messages in your chat box, and in your Game settings window, there is a string of numbers that is displayed, any idea what it is? Assuming it's the Character ID, but not sure why it's displayed. Anti impersonation?

 

Information for those who are wondering but can't log on Sakray:

• RODEX taxes you 2% of the amount of zeny you are sending through the mail. If you send 1m zeny, you will be taxed 20k zeny, for example. The 20k zeny comes out of you, not the amount in the mail itself.
• There is a tax of 2.5k zeny for every item you send in the mail. Quantity of the item doesn't get taxed though.

No, we never did the item special update on Sakray. I will port over the current item special today or tomorrow from Chaos.

So my only two minor issues are:

• the alignment of the received mail icon
• the fact that you have to verify the name when replying (when sending new, then sure but replying should happen automatically)

We asked them not to implement that part. It would involve removing our current anti spam system and reverting to the old system for all chat.

 

If it becomes a harassment problem people will be banned. (Here is a hint I can read your mail).

Notes: If you send multiple items you cannot remove them one at a time, you have to remove them altogether. You can however remove JUST zeny or JUST items and close the mail, come back to it later.
