So when I was non-trans i finished the quests from 71-85 ONCE and i was already past 85 and then transed and got back to the quest cuz no im trans 71-85. However, when i try to start any of the quests it says I currently on a quest so i cant start a new one... So what Im asking is.. are the quests from 71-85 ONE TIME ONLY? or are they repeatable? or what? I don thave any active quests in my quest log...

Try talking to the last npc whom you did your most recent quest. If they still have something to say, it won't register that you finished the quest. Then you might want to send a ticket explaining the problem. I would think that's a bug because I was able to do the eden quests again on my high priest.
