Well, In description of this card "If you are an archer class, increase addtional Dex + 1 per 3 refine levels of the headgear."

I want to know if works for Rebelion?? I saw one person use once, But he doesn't answer me if works...

Anyone?

Nope, that effect is exclusive for archers
