Each one does:
+1 All stats.
Per 2 Refines: +1% EXP from Monsters, +1% Item Drop Rate.
When +9: Regen 3 SP when a monster is killed by a physical or magical attack.
When +12: Skill casting cannot be interrupted.
But on top of that, one of the bag types offers one of the following skills:
Teleport Lv1
Heal Lv1
Greed Lv1
Increase Agility Lv1
Magnum Break Lv1
Endure Lv1
Sight Lv1
Improve Concentration Lv1
Hiding Lv1
I got Hiding and Magnum Break on the two I had. Is the garment any good? What is it used for really? Can it be used in WoE? Which enchant is the one everyone wants to get? Just trying to get some general info really.
I can verify that Hiding and Magnum Break work. I tried them both. The skill shows up on my skill list when they are equipped and both function properly.
I personally thought endure lvl 1 sounded cool. At +12 it frees up a accessory slot for phen users. Still not sure if its worth swapping out enchanted FAW really.
