Is 1 Kiel enough for Aimbolt build so you'd no longer need a stringer?

Is Kiel Variable or Fixed reduction?

Is Fixed Cast TIme the same as Global Delay?

I didn't see him mention anything about owning a Kiel.

Variable cast time is the cast time that can be reduced by Dex and Int.

Fixed Cast Time: reducible by gears/cards only.

Arrow Storm for example, is 100% variable cast time only. So with high enough dex & int, you can instant cast AS.

Aim Bolt, however, has 4s variable cast time and 0.5s fixed cast time. So w/o fixed cast reduction gear, it'll take at least 0.5s to cast AB.

Thankfully, temp dex boots with 120 dex can reduce the fixed cast time by 0.5s to 0s.

Cast Delay: the delay period after you use a skill, before you can use a skill again.

Aim Bolt has 1s cast delay. So wearing Kiel reduces this by 30%, to 0.7s. This means you can recast aim bolt every 0.7s, instead of 1s.

Cheaper alternatives are sniping suit and expert rings.

Cooldown: the delay period after you use a skill, which only affects the skill that you used.

Currently there's no gear to reduce cooldown time... yet.

Arrow Storm doesn't have a cast delay, but it has a cooldown. Hence, it'll always take ~3s to recast another AS.

1 Kiel is enough to reduce Aimed Bolt's cast delay to 0.2s, which I consider to be good enough. Have you seen the ET video KamiKali posted? I'm pretty sure she was only using 1 Kiel in it.

No.. no.. no!? Wait seriously? That's awesome.

Is there a Sakray guide?

Also, is it possible to get easy equips in there for build testing?
