As I am running out of patience and luck, I'm going to open a thread here because I can't find "Complaints section" in this forum. I have opened many tickets since the the 10th of December and no reply or whatsoever came. This is the full text of my ticket as i am posting it to the public where I hope some people will find it helpful and may be help me here. Before you even bother, Warnhall cannot be reached in PM's here. I tried, and he hasn't looked what i wrote him.

 

Can anyone be kind enough to give some green light what should i do next ? Obviously i can't reach my account's Power UP page to donate and use the already donated money there for my own satisfaction. What am i supposed to do from now on? Look for another game on the market where people respect their loyal player base and return with the same, or stay here, and beg like a human being with no rights for your attention ? This is how low you made us look like with the way you lead your company. 

 
I can't stress myself enough waking up middle of the night and getting up early morning to compensate for the Time Zone i'm writing you from. ITS GMT +2 where right now is 8:24 AM, while your time is before midnight. I have medical issues with my heart and the pressure you are causing me leads me to take medications for anxiety and stress, because you can't even lift your finger to give your loyal customer a proper reply.
 
Is this fair ? Can anyone tell me is this all worth it ? 
 
I'm speechless.

i have a Warpportal issue with my account where the button "Power UP" doesn't work. It gives me an error "Payment error".

 
I'm on the waiting queue from almost 4 days now and I haven't received any answer regarding my issue. 
 
For your information, a Requiem Staff representative Mark, responded from another department where he said he will forward my concern to "Payment specialist" that was few days ago and still, no answer has arrived.
 
As I am sitting here everyday waiting for a reply, my patience is running out. 
 
Since I opened my first ticket to Requiem Support, 4 days has passed and your investigation on my account is leading to nowhere or no body has even bothered tell me anything.
 
I'm trying my best to be as much as polite as i can given the frustration you are causing me. 
 
I can't underline a text here but I can use capital letters:
 
POWER UP IS NOT WORKING. IT GIVES ME PAYMENT ERROR.
 
For the past 4 days I have not been able to enjoy the game, even though is Christmas break. I've been waiting all year for that time to come and I'm regretting it at the moment. I bought all my points with real cash that went to your company and now your company has locked my points and my account indeffinitely. I'm unable to make more purchases, make gifts to my friends in game and buy christmas present for me.
