Does this means that for gears refined to +10 or more you will get a safe to 10???

I think they said it is past christmas headgears, Likely some converted to costumes? Not sure what they can really do to make it worth the kp unless it is really cheap since the headgear used to be free to everyone and have 0 effect outside of december other than rudolph santa.. Mostly it will contain tears from everyone who didn't invest $50+ on the boxes and got a couple bmxs and pat on the back.

He said the rate would be a little lower than current (by about 50%).

He said in the OP that it would be the same rewards as current turn ins so of course there are no safe to 10s for it :X

I think anyone who doesn't celebrate yule/christmas or hanukkah fits best in the not being needy in december category. Those presents hurt the wallet.

 To me it is but that's my luck. Maybe other people are more lucky? I prefer to get heavy lifter box and other materials than to gamble when i do pay vip. I've never been lucky with stuff like that.

 

 And Hiku I was referring to the cost of holidays in general. I think Atheists have it best this time of year as far as maintaining funds if they have a lot of relatives and friends.
