Yeah it's disappointing and to think that most TS builds only have level 7 DS, however it looks like it has potential, increasing bow damage to 120%(If I'm not mistaken) + 10% TS damage and is slotted.
When are we supposed to get this update?
The armor by itself is great. If it was slotted, it'd be down right amazing. Still, I guess at least with Crimson Bow or a high refined Catapult you can produce some damage.
I don't know why they're so afraid of just buffing TS. But then, Gravity, and their logic is anything but.

using hero target suit and arrow equipped instrument to melee attacking eggs. The double strafe never proc.
so, i am not sure how this hippy cloth MELEE autocasted double strafe will work.

I was holding the same concern. Would make more sense to me if it was melody strike 5 that was autocasted

The Melee Attacks proc Improved Concentration. LONG RANGE attacks proc the Double Strafe. The iRO DB entry seems to be mistaken.

My concern is, are those equips enchantable? They say those gears are equivalent with Mora gears. Saw new coins item in Rockridge, so I hope it can be used to enchant those gears

No info yet but an insider has hinted to me that they will be enchanted but not the same ones as mora
Yes, they are enchantable. Not all of them though.
Enchantable items:
Armors: Elemental Robe, Mineworker Vest, Vigilante Suit, Golden Ninja Suit, Hippie Cloth.
Garment: Elemental Manteau, Mineworker Backpack, Golden Scarf
Accessories: Vigilante Badge (the SC only one), Hippie Feather
Weapons are not enchantable. Boo.
Enchants: 3 enchant slots for Armors and Garments, 2 enchants for Accessories. First list is for Regular Enchants (below +9) and second list is for Advanced Enchants (+9 and above, obviously only for armor and garment)

It pretty disappointing that it's a wild west town and as far as I can see there are no new guns. For whatever reason ninja got more weapons and gears in this place then rebels did and even what the rebels did get wasn't specific to them.

That Elders Staff is a total piece of trash.
I would have thought its about time they make a healing staff that actually can properly replace the Glorious, I mean I've been stuck on the glorious since it came about, like thats many many years ago now.

Well, Rebel isn't one of the main 6 classes, so it wouldn't be included in a Mora style listing (though Mech was excluded from there too until Verus, and now it's re-included in rock ridge.)
I don't think this is truly a mora parallel so much as it seems to be geared toward less-popular PVM builds.

oh, i have no idea these gears are 'mora' gears for alternative class and k/o. but it seems incomplete, coz we will see royal guard, sura, gene and rebel wants to get the cake too...
btw iirc, rebel gears is already buffed on previous update, terra gloria, einbroch instance, is it true?
if it is true, then only sura, RG and gene version of mora gears remaining.
They just got OP weapons and a bad accessory.
I think they dont really need something(Maybe a new armor cause the only useful one for PVM is the one from 16.1),rebel skills are really balanced :]

The mech set is very disappointing. I guess at least the weapon is ok... not great, but OK. The garment and armor are terrible. The set effect doesn't come anywhere near for making up for it. Would be better off with an HBP or FAW for sure, especially since you can just use the verus armor for ASPD + atk% (or resistance.)
Very disappoint.
