Hello. I saw a video on youtube that mechanics can spam power swing skill, just like tornado axe but i cannot read it bec its a kro item i assume. It is a one hand axe.

Please help on this one.. players might wait for this update.

power swing is full on aftercast delay, with some gears that do that or strings you can spam it at will

spammable at best 2 kiel. so search for item that reduce delay hhwb upgrade manteu supplement dex

Thats not kRO, its jRO.
And he's just using delay reduction gears to spam it.

That's Rockridge weapon for Mechanic. It doesn't do anything to Power Swing, just give crit and increasing crit damage.

 

And the video you show, it's jRO. They have different gears and skill formula, so it possible that they have different damage and after cast delay for Power Swing.

Their Chip set (from TWO) gives a pretty absurb amount of delay reduction, is just that

EDIT: but what gives the 200 int proc? Those boots don't look like temp boots, is there another source of runaway magic?

Awe. Their power swing has no delays. it is based on Aspd.   Ours are different power swing. Sad.
