Hi, just this time i have attempted to purchase a Premium Points with my 663 IM points. The purchased was successful but the item is not appearing on the purchased tab as usual. Please give it back. I need it that bad.

If you purchased something from the Item Mall and it does not appear in your purchases tab, you do need to create a ticket as Buffiies suggested. Here is the link to the support page.
You might also want to consider making a support account so you can view and reply to your ticket at the website. You can create a support account by clicking on "Register" on the page that I linked.
