Hi All,


Posting this for a friend who is unable play the game or register.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Downloaded Ragnarok 2 from Steam

2. After the download > click play

Actual Result:
Stuck on "Checking Warp Portal... Please Wait...




Expected Result:
To be able to register and get to the launcher page to click Start and play the game.


Notes:
1.; Tried already to re-download the game, same issue.
2. Tried to turn off the firewall and/or anti virus, same issue.
3. Tried to run the ragnarok online 2 client but its asking for the account and password which figures, I think you guys are using SSO with Steam.

It is often active, but alas, I have no idea how to help you.

the best way to receive support is filing a ticket at http://support.warpportal.com trying to make it the most detailed as you can.

Try to register directly from WP website and use those account/password infos to log into the game. That won't solve your steam login issue but it can fix the problem for the current time. And do like he said, send them a ticket.
