Hello Guys, i need some help with my Sura.
I was leveling my sura on Scarabas and TI in the 140+ levels, but now i'm 154, Scaraba don't give so much EXP anymore, and i need another place to level solo.
I treid NCT but i take to much damage and need 3 flash combos to kill a Big Bell, is very hard to go there.
I have some nice gears i might say.
+9 Vanarguard
+6 Thanatos Mace/Hunterfly
+4 Glourious Suit
+9 Faceworm
+4 temporal vit boots
Some nice shields
And i'm farming some Eden to render a Medal of Honor.

I tried the neo punk and big bell combo with, but the fc only increased 11k of damage(stil take 3 combos to kill a Big Bell) and i still take a lot of damage.

My current base stats(without bonus)

110 str

0 agi
120 vit
50 int
90 dex
30 luk

I don't have the patience to go to bio 4, it takes hours to make a party and waste a lot of energy, pacience and money with gwings.

Do you guys know a nice place to level solo with sura?

My setup wasnt that much different from yours, and i leveled there fine. Difference is that i had a +9 Temp Vit[firelock] and +9 DR[HBP].

 

Didn't had the faceworm combo bonus you have but had the extra hp from firelock and bit atk from hbp should make our dmg pretty close. At early 150s i was taking 3 FCs to kill em as well, later on with higher lvls and vit it got to 2 FCs and it was pretty fast.

I must be doing something wrong, i take so much damage, so i only kill small amount of monster and vanarguard don't proc.
I'm gonna bring more potions and try a little harder.

you need minor brisket and increase HP large pot also, see if with those 2 you can kill them in 2 FC

@fuyu even with all the foods active(+20 str/luk/vit, hp inc)i only started to 2shot em at 158+. Ofc my setup wasnt fully offensive, but still, the hp gained later on really makes a big difference on FC.

i leveled my sura there aswell and i was fine with 0% reducts and pure MaxHP equips and Flamel FS FAW. just be carefull with mobbing, use seeds if necesary, Flamel FAW is highly recommended if you dont have DR card for better heal from slims if your first FC didn't killed them.

0% reduction? on a monster that deal almost 5k of damage?
You are killing one by one?

 

I have Raydric, Neo punk and big bell and its hard to mob more than 3 monsters hahaha.
I must be doing something really wrong hahahha.

I don't know,  I think faceworm and temporal vit gives more damage than faw... 

 

Some of you guys have a replay leveling there?

One more question, +9 Temporal vit boots with firelock its a lot better than +4 Temporal Vit Boots with matyr ? Cuz ill give 600 of HP and 2 of str, but cust 200m more.

Malicous Shadow helps to get some HP back?

I think i'm gonna stay at Scaraba while its still on the spotlight, for a level or three..

One Big Bell gives me 72k of exp, One Scaraba gives 39k but i can mob 10-15 scaraba or more and kill with one hit.
Big Bell i can mob 3 and kill with 3 FC and lost a lot of HP. But when a reach 158 i can try Big Bell again with Medal of honor i don't know...

Or i'm beeing to afraid?

level difference is the reason why big bell hit hard... try there when you are at 160+

beside you can't leech HP when you are not hitting something there...

also use all your skills... not just Flash Combo.

flash combo has a con and it is you cannot use items... although auto trigger work

try dual client support char. if you dont have recruit grinding buddies.

level difference doesnt do anything to reduce dmg (soft def is negligible). to tank you need:
- high reduction
- high HP
reduction comes from gears
high HP comes from base level, vit, gears, foods and buffs
try to combine all method above for efficient leveling. it is okay to 3 shots big bells but seldom die rather than 2 shotting but dies a lot

i kill small groups of 8-14, and yup they do 3 - 4.5k dmg on me each hit but i can deal with them thx to Flamel FAW and slims

Hah sounds like foods are pretty good, time to go grab some Tako and HP Increases. XD Also don't forget Eden Life pots, they're pretty nice.
