I wonder if MoA in IRO works as the same way in my server or not.
Besides greatly decreases target's movement speed. It also decrease target's HardDef and HardMdef depends on user's Job level and Int, regardless skill level.
Possible formula : HardDef and HardMdef decreased (%) = (10 + <Job level/2> + <Int/10> )%
Works on both players and non-boss monsters, stacks additively with Burning status and stacks multiplicatively with Def/Mdef ignoring from items.
So, I need someone to confirms that this skill works on IRO as I said.
