1. For a basic caster build on a sorc or warlock, how important is agility and ASPD?

On WL is a lot. The strongest spell (Soul Expansion) is spammable, but have a 0.5s delay, so, if you can achieve 2 attacks per second (iirc 176 ASPD), you're fine. If you can have a Strings singer with you, or if you use delay reduction gears, you may invest more in AGI for more spammability. My warlocks both have 86 base AGI, for 177/178 ASPD (more on a party).

All casters would need some Agility in their builds if they are able to attain new perfect cast speeds.

Sorcs dont need much. Sorc skills have cooldown so you wont be spamming them to a point where aspd matters. Only when you have instant cast on all of them(ventus out) and are on strings, as they still have some cast delay in between them. Even at that point it still matters very little.

175 on WL i will said or 184 depending on your casting time and delay reduction, i will say 175 is ok most of the times, i use 177 and i can spam 2 SE per second with instant cast of course.

SE has 0.5 delay so it will be 2/second lel. Under strings is another story and you can aim for 186+, wich is 3.5/second+

IIRC, I get 182 with Clementia, Canto Candidus and Swing Dance, so I can click and ctrl+shift+del Naght Sieger.
