Ragial is a very helpful website for iRO. but for some reason, it also makes a player a time traveler.

 

if ever the one who is responsible for making ragial bots and ragial site reads this,

 

please remove the price of an item if it's not being vended. 

 

to avoid scenarios like this:

 

 

it's December 31st of 2016;

 

PUB: Selling <X> item  

<Someone> Entered the Room

 

Him: hey how much is your <X>

You: 500m 

Him: lol somebody vended <X> item for 350m

You: what date?

Him: November 16

You: what the then go back in time and buy that.

You want to make Ragial less useful for everyone because some idiots maybe might not bother to look at a timestamp, when a simple explanation to the person should suffice?  (and if the explanation doesn't suffice, they probably know exactly what they're doing and are trying to scam you).

i don't know why it'll be less useful. i only want them to remove the price of those items that are not in vend so people won't tend to compare the current price of an item from 2 months or 3 months ago. economy is moving. every item's price is changing. 

 

edit: this is just my opinion: i think ragial's purpose is just for people to browse, search and know the names of the people who vended a certain item. it can still work without the price history from months ago.

Vend history can (but not in some cases) show a good price range for an item. By removing it for this one minor and easily solved issue is a bit much.

and then you'll realize that even without the ragial, that player will still act that way just using another reference

No, it's the seller that should mind what he/she is selling not the system such as ragial to adapt what the seller wants. If you are selling it whatever offer the buyer gives if you don't want to give on it then don't. Don't just base everything you sell on ragial. You sell your own price.
