Upgrade parts are from Verus instance i think you can trade for verus components, but Upgrade Part Plate and Supplement Part STR both armors can buy from verus npc for 4 or 5m i think

About the Verus enchants i think you can find in irowiki Verus enchants

 

You can also check the Merchant Class forums to know about the best weapons for Mechanic class. ah yeah some weeks ago get the verus card update so check it!
