Hi i recently created a new acct for my alternate. I wanted to buy Vip access but i was rejected on purchase.

Just wanna find out if having alternate accounts is illegal? Or what do i need to do other than submitting a ticket to be able to purchase vip access.

Please send a ticket to the Payment and Billing department, in the ticket state that your account (provide the ID, email and what is necessary) is new and you wish to make WP purchases, do not forget to mention that your purchase was rejected. It is a security check so nothing to worry about, note that multi account is perfectly legal.

Note:

If your account was created through Steam, to purchase Kafra Points or VIP time you must use Steam overlay to do so.
