I soon discovered a new leader had emerged from the ashs of ragnarok online (CM  astra ) so I thought id make a post stating my demands   but then this thought came to me:

 

''I could describe to u the colour of the sun but it would be better for you to look at it and experience it with your own eyes''. (as i stand next to you in   )

 

With this thought in mind i give you my new proposal....i call it:

 

CM astra's adventure through the realm of midgar!

 

This is how it works:

 

CM astra records gameplay videos of her self playing ragnarok online atleast 1 hour a day until she reaches level 175 and completes all instances with the following set of rules (so she can get the experience of your average player who plays legitimately).

 

Rules:

 

• you not allowed to join no big rich guild (you can join small,poor but happy social guild) 
• you can spend no more then £10 in cash shop
• you are not allowed to accept  gear or zeny from anyone (you must work for everything and considering the state of the game you will most likely have to do instances from level 120 to 165+ solo
• everything you do and its method must be recorded to ensure no cheating 
• no buying zeny for real cash, no botting, no using automated program to abuse WOE vending machine 
• you must play the game as an anonymous player, no one must know your true identity to ensure you dont get special treatment ( you can do this by blurring your in game name in videos)
• you ''speak no english'' (optional)
• no begging 

 

At the end of the week you can make a post detailing your frustrations and what you learnt. You can then make posts on iro forum making the same statements like i did in my previous post!

 

Then you will know what needs to be done to fix both the game and iro forum CM astra......good look commander

How to make this stream successful...

 

Most people watched would  ex ragnarok online youtube streamer ''SlykDesigns'' because he was skilled, gave informative tip and tricks so people would watch him and copy him (use him as a guide) he also gave out valuable rewards like bloody branch from time to time.

 

I my self self won 8 bloody branches joining his stream and playing ''what mvp will appear next from bloody branch ''

 

 

I don't know if CM astra is as skilled as slyk so we must use tactics like giveaways to lure viewers...it must be a fun stream so newcomers can see how fun playing ragnarok online can be.

 

popular youtube game streamer are able to generate interest in a game and increase its sale 10 fold.

 

since the asian community of ragnarok is the largest we need to bait them some how....tell us what interest you asian community

only people in korea can play KRO  as far as im aware. We need to attract the thai and chinese community as they seem the biggest and probably most  enthusiastic....their vast numbers alone will bring new life to pvm n pvp.

 

But having an interface over haul in their language is essential! to make them feel at home and welcome...maybe campitor can call TRO and request a language pack.

 

Each time they start their clients they would be greeted with a choice of what language to pick. Infact this should be done for all major non english speaking communities like Brazilian ect

 

creating these language packs should now be highest priority

Aaand kRO has 0 interest in doing so. Also RO coding kinda limits this.

KRO priority is KRO.... we should do it our selves. I rem campitor being a programmer/producer/developer/general tech guy/something he might be able to do this.

these kind of stuff must be done on kRO's end. Even if other servers know how to do it, kRO doesnt let them anyways.

Hi there! I like your ideas. Regarding the language pack though, we recently had a question like this for our HQ over in kRO in which someone asked if we were getting support for non-Latin alphabet languages in iRO, an unfortunately the answer we got back from kRO was no.
