Can we still retrieve our old accounts from asia soft? cause my friend wants to retrieve his cuz he said he spent tons on that account and would be a waste if that account isn't back. just wanna know if its possible to return those accounts. cause his unique name is already in use here in warp portal. so we're thinking that there's still a chance. please reply asap.

Hello Clinella, please check the link I've sent to you and follow these few steps: click on Submit a Ticket; choose Ragnarok II: The Advent of Valkyrie and click on Next; choose the Type of Ticket (in this case Account Recovery) and fill up all the informations required to the submission.
