im playing this game for almost 4 years now since 2013 and still having an issue on FPS "Frame Rate"  drops so bad to 0-1 FPS

My PC specs

-CPU : AMD a10-7860k
-Mobo :  MSI A88XM-e45 Fm2+
-Ram : 8gb Kingston hyper x predator 2400 ram
-GPU : Palit GTX 1050 ti Dual OC
-PSU : Rave 600W
 
Please help players to get a better FPS in game 

just saying im also using all settings Off or in lower settings just to avoid lag issue ingame

2nd question is is my PCU problem now or the game has the issue ?

It's the game itself, being unoptimised in a lot of places.

 

Also, the more players, monsters and npcs in an area.. the worse it gets. Use the character limit option to reduce how many get loaded to reduce the problem in some places.
