Why the requeriment for this quest is level 50 and it spawns Gajomart that is a level 140 monster?

Cause IRO.
Just click at things from far away so they don't chase you, you can click on most things from the warp point on the stairs.

Thanks for the tip, I was able to pass by clicking from portal. At least you don't lose experience when you die there
