ROSE Online Challenge Bonus Event!

 

 

The ROSE Team is working on some awesome updates for 2017, and to help kick the year off right, and get everyone ready for the updates in store, we are unleashing a challenge bonus event in ROSE Online for the beginning of the year!

 

Guidelines

 

Complete the daily challenges below, and you can earn Honor, Valor and even Premium Points!

 

All characters on an account can qualify to receive these points!

 

Any Honor/Valor/Premium points awarded at the end of the event will not be affected by the point cap, for characters who are capped out!

 

These daily challenges will be obtainable every day until February 10th! You can complete them once per day to receive points. 

 

The Challenges

 

• Log in

- Log in with a character and earn 10 Premium Points, per day.

 

• Complete a Winter Festival game

- Completing any one of the available games during the Winter Festival earns you 5 Premium Points, per day.

 

• Complete a Dungeon Quest

- Completing a Dungeon Quest on a character earns you 50 Valor Points, per day.

 

• Complete a Game Arena Dungeon

- Completing a Game Arena Dungeon (Cave of Ulverick, Halls of Oblivion, etc) earns you 100 Valor Points, per day.

 

• Complete a PvP Daily Quest

- Completing a PvP Daily Quest (offered by a Battlemaster) on a character earns you 5 Honor Points, per day.

 

• Complete Draconis Peaks

- Completing a game of Draconis Peaks earns you 75 Honor Points, per day.

 

• Complete Crystal Defenders

- Completing a game of Crystal Defenders earns you 150 Honor Points, per day.

 

• Complete Akram Arena

- Completing a game of Akram Arena earns you 200 Honor Points, per day.

 

*All rewards will be distributed after the event is complete

Seeing how is next to impossible to finish a single game of AA/CD i think the rewards are low compared to how annoying it gets when you crash 7 times in a single game but what ever

Im starting to doubt if u guys are either just dumb or fully retarted. GA PvP Doesnt even work. Nobody can finish a single game mode or their client crahses. Start fixing this game before u provide new content ffs!

Meanwhile, I think there're currently medallions and elemental scrolls duping acts happening in the game. And they happened at the same time with when AA barely started.

Is there any relationship between AA crashes & the sudden increase in the number of medallions/scrolls (and the drop in their prices).

Well i was talking about the PvP games and as for the dungeons they're laggy too (now idk if it's a ME problem or a server problem but alot of people have been complaining about it)

 

These rewards hardly matter. Something like a higher probability of rune drops might interest more people.

I think there is a possible chance of people currently duping using these bugs/crashes.

 

Like i stated before, i doubt the developers are doing anything useful. But yeah.... they locked or deleted my topics and refuse to give a proper answer, or dont give an answer at all in PM.

 

If they are using anything SCRUM-method related, then i wonder what their burndown charts look like

I'll have you know, Valor is to the PvE'er as Honor is to the PvP'er Sir. 

 

But seriously, I understand that you're a PvP player and Dungeons don't interest you unless you can get some type of PvP benefit / reward for doing them, but some players do actually enjoy the PvE experience more. To each their own, live and let live. 

 

So yes, I get it's annoying at minimum that PvP isn't functioning properly for that crowd, which is precisely why I immediately advocated for this feature to be permanently adopted. Not only would it give incentives to do the daily's, it would allow non paying players, or those who have already shoveled thousands of dollars into the game, to get a steady stream of incoming premium points for tomes on new characters, and help augment the glaring issue of bloated content at end game. I could break it all down, but I doubt you care about the nitty gritty, you just want PvP fixed and you want to benefit from this promotion. Which is fine. and I agree.

To be honest... this is a joke.

 

I really tried to finish Akram Arena... I didnt give up.

I crashed 5 times in a row in one single Akram Arena Game... I always joined again... but I could not complete the game.
 

Perhaps you fix the dc issue first... then do nice events?

Oh like the orlo update we still waiting for last week? (Still actually waiting for AT LEAST someone to say how it was pushed or w.e) or how the prem was going to be given out yesterday?

We didn't post an official announcement anywhere, since an official release date for the Orlo Update never went out, but when there was an inquiry on the server maintenance thread we did post an update. Sorry you missed it! 

 

 

The Orlo Update was delayed due to a couple of additional fixes that are going to be included with this maintenance. It is still scheduled to happen this month, and I will be posting updates as soon as we have an exact date and time.
