I'm new to iRO and just started playing this Saturday because some friends invited me to play with them. I have been having a blast since it's been 7 years since I last played this game. I logged in this morning like usual and found out that my account has been prohibited from logging in for over 3 years. Can you please look into this? My username is <snip>.
