Does STR gives you more damage on KS 

or does dex does when equiped with Menblatt

KS (assuming you mean Killing Stroke) is increased by VIT..... the more HP you have the bigger the boom... as for cards to boost damage anything with a ranged damage increase is what youre looking for

str increases the atk you get from the weapon, and status atk. With about 50% ranged dmg, each 1 atk = 25 dmg and 1hp = 7 dmg, but it's much easier to get higher hp values than atk. If you weapon has low base([4] slotted daggers) atk, str will be even less valuable, contributing mainly to weight and a status atk.

 

Just balance the stats taking in consideration the gear you will use, to ge the most damage out of it. Keep in mind FAW offers 1% ranged dmg every 20dex too. On my TE ninja it was 72 str and 60 dex.
