Hi,
i've recently bought a +9 Crown of Deceit wich was suposed to give me 20% cast time reduction and extras 10% Matk, although the increase in Matk is not shown in ALt+Q it seems to be working properly, but the cast time reduction is not.
There is no perceptible diference in cast time with or without the helm i've tried a lvl 10 flaming petals and it took 3.1 s to cast without the helm and 2.8 s with the helm on, but this is just a 10% cast time reduction and not a 20% ! This helm is very expensive and i really had to work hard for it!
