Just returning to the game after a couple year break and can't remember much about the skill "Call Ventus".  I want to use it for the -1 second fixed cast time reduction but am not entirely sure how it works.  I know you have to keep spirit mode on "passive" but am not sure what level of "Call Ventus" I am supposed to use.  Someone in game told me to keep it on lvl 1 and someone told me lvl 3 was optimal....I'll take any advice I can get to optimize the use of this skill... Thanks

any level give this effect, higher lvls increase the summon stats and hp and grant other effects.
