Dex maybe seeing that they got no str bonus and +10 on dex if job 50.
I just hope they got the same job exp chart as rebel does.

is there any reason to level mvping chars like gen / gx / rk after doram comes?
From kRO videos, plenty of players still play those classes. Every class has its pros and cons. We won't know the full picture until the class hits iRO servers since we don't get the same shadow gear or stat algorithm as kRO.

Since dorams cant res theres certainly more AB players.
For sure, also Dorams benefit from having an AB support them by protecting them with Pneuma from Ranger's Arrow Storm (since they have the potential for extra damage against Brute type) and certain MvP attacks.

They heal better than AB players
their hp is on par with RKs
they have kyrie based on 50% max hp, not limited by hit count
also has mental strength but you still can use skills

kRO rangers stuffed with nightmare bio lab headgear, card and more op items
im pretty sure they will nerf few of doram's skills even in iRO
1. tarou's scar debuff
Drops 10% of MHP every second, for 9 seconds.
2. catnip powdering
7x7 quagmire, reducing enemies atk and matk by 50%

I think their heal skills work better on themself than other players though. They may also not get as many heal modifier gears as an AB.
I haven't yet seen a video of a doram supporting others to say either way but I think they're mainly seen as backup to an AB support wise.

the passive increases 30% healing rate, that is one white lady card.
add 2 more
also the shrimp skill acts like yggberry which is restores 90% of MHP.
im just saying heal better
by the word better doesnt mean effective, they heal better but still AB play better role as healer

That passive only works for them, as in the heals only do 30% more for them.
from what i read in jRO
It increases your healing power to all, there is item which gives you access to high heal lv 1 in jRO
but this skill only effectively if you max out every single skills in this branch.
considering you only have 2 healing skills, one is heal little by little and one is like yggberry,
so people usually just skip this one and either go to physical doram or matk doram

Yeah I think "Power of Sea" requires a lot of pre-reqs on the support / heal skill branch to obtain like you say. It seems like each branch has its own "Power of" skill you can get and most get either the magic or physical ones. Would be interesting to see someone max the heal one though.
Dorams may get 50 job levels instead of 60, just from screenshots I saw, we'll see when they hit iRO.
Some of their supportive skills, and some debuffs too, are in their magical or physical skill trees, and require heavy point usage to get maximum potential through their passives. But they still can easily act as buff/debuffer, with party atk/matk% buffs, restorations, and heavy atk/matk debuffs on enemies, def/mdef reductions, max hp% DoTs, etc.

Knowing me though, i would definitely take the healers branch.

but their magic root is also really good, by total it gives 30% matk
not counting their set at lv 175 lol
i have screenshot in pserver, not that pserver tho, pretty close to official one
with 120 int , +4 gears , +9 staff
they have around +1209 matk . dont want to link it here will get cinnamoned
however in either jRO or twRO ss i have seen a lv 175 doram with +2115 raw matk
not sure if it is taken after zaha's hat procs or what just character stats window
1209 matk is legit one, +4 doram set, +9 staff, +4 zaha doll but the character is in sit down state

Found it, shes using this staff
Simyo Foxtail Staff
Lv 100
This dragonfly and the foxtail had completly become one.
MATK +240
MaxSP +100
For every 3 refine level: MATK +2%, MaxSP +1%.
Refine level +7: increases base weapon's ATK and MATK by 40%.
For every refine level higher than +7: increases base weapon's ATK and MATK by 20%.
Limited to +10 refine level)

It's good to have diversity, I'll be looking forward to seeing your helpful kitty cat.
I used to FS but with different timezones and my own time being restricted from committing to a party I went for a battle bishop build instead. I like how Dorams can have a mix of healing and attack skills like a battle bishop.

First the cats entered the Market competing against Zonda and Kafra, monopolizing the highly profitable Silvervine products
seems they succeeded
now they come to compete against adventurers....

Your question kind of answers itself...
If there were only GXs in the game then they added Genes then wouldn't you be playing both (like you just mentioned)?
EDIT:
Question!
Since they are... novices? Does that mean none of the gears that says 3rd or the ones that says trans will ever work for them? Those are not little after all

Wow this moveset is such bull-_-
pretty much the only bad thing is that you won't be able to take everything
even taking into account that Gravity has its balance understanding on a level of a toddler this class is just cringeworthy on many levels
