Hi! I'm a returning player after being away for a few years.

I just reset my password.

I downloaded the latest version of iRO.

I went to login with my [username] (not my email address), making sure not to capitalize the username.

I input the new password.

....

I keep getting the response that either the username or password are incorrect.

Could it be that the server is just slow to update the new password?

 

I have sent a Ticket in, but response times are slower than I'd like (and by that I mean I'd like to play today - a weekend - and tomorrow is a U.S. holiday).

 

Any and all advice is appreciated <3

There is a Warpportal username/password and a Ragnarok Online username/password

 

You need the Ragnarok Online ones
