my char stuck in eden group building,, pls,, im new player here, want to play this Ro, but alot of error encounter me

I'd suggest a force repatch from Feb 2016.
 
First make sure you are getting the patch files:

• Clear Internet Explorer's cache, guidelines found at Appendix #2 here.
• Reset Internet Explorer settings, learn how to here.
• Force a re-patch from the client's install date Feb 2016, follow the instructions in this link carefully.

 

 

Important please read
Some points to keep in mind when reinstalling/patching (Renewal ver):

• Make sure you are using the latest client (official link, mirror links).
• Run Ragnarok.exe as an admin all the time to avoid patching problems. Right click the .exe file > Choose Properties > Choose Compatibility tab > Choose Run this program as an administrator > Apply > Ok.
• Have one single instance of the patcher, note that all game clients must not be running during the installation and patching process.
• Keep an eye on the patching bar for any issues.
• In case of "failed to get file" browse iRO Renewal FTP server and manually download the patch in question, place the file(s) under your RO folder, run the patcher again.
• Any other: Refer to this thread for common issues and their solutions.
