Problem downloading Ragnarok Installer

after i download the ragnarok 1 installer from your official website,but its always crash when i try to open it .

The chtbrkg.dll is alarming.

Please do a full system scan with Malwarebytes [link], then remove any unnecessary browser addons and software installed. Keep us updated.

i already full scan with malwarebytes, and i dont have any addons on my google chrome browser, hmm whats kind software should i uninstall? because i the ragnarok installer still error  :p_sad:

Try the installer from Axylus mirror website instead.

The download agent (Ragnarok-DLM.exe) uses Internet Explorer to download certain files, not Chrome. (As Internet Explorer is integrated with Windows, many applications foolishly use it to retrieve or display web content.)

I recommend that you perform additional scans with Ad-Aware and Bitdefender Antivirus. You should also reset Internet Explorer's configuration, which will disable all third-party extensions.
