Reindeer Games: Scavenger Hunt

Breaking News!
The Yule Festival has come to an end, and our favorite reindeer representatives have gone missing on their way back to Lutie! Santa is worried sick, and concern for their safety has grown after this cryptic message was received:
Antonio is a crafty villain, but with your help we can make sure that the reindeer are found. Antonio has left Santa a series of clues leading to the deer, but with nobody to fly his sleigh he cannot investigate for himself.
Take these clues and go find Santa's missing reindeer! He will reward you for each one you find.
Clues
Note: All NPCs can be found in Channel 1 only, unless it is a map that does not have Channel 1 as an option!
Clue 1:
His nose is bright, but slowly fading. The most famous deer is in the capital city. From his hiding spot he can hear rushing water and the sound of people fighting each other, menacing monsters, or testing their skills.
Clue 2:
She zips around, to and fro.
Where did she stop? I really don't know.
Santa asked for more clues, he thinks I will cave.
Rescue her quickly, hero, she's trying hard to be brave.
Clue 3:
This deer always wanted to be a ballerina, so I've hidden her on a grand stone stage. If you don't find her, she will be performing for an audience of starfish and palm trees for the rest of her days.
Clue 4:
Ugh, the heat! I'm not dressed for this weather! He really isn't either. It's hard to strut your stuff when it's so hot outside, so he'll settle for playing chicken.
Clue 5:
In a place like this, you really feel lonely when you're not here as a pair. It just Don'ed on this guy that he'll never go home, or reunite with his one true love.
Clue 6:
Man the catapults! Prepare for a Blitz! I hope you're ready for war. She isn't very comfortable here, it's Snowy but doesn't remind her of home.
Clue 7:
His neighbors have nine, but he just has one. I don't want to Ruin the joke. If you don't find him, he will spend his days in a damp Tomb with his evil, ghastly neighbors.
Clue 8:
The hills are so green this time of year, the water is calm and warm. He shoots for the heart of a relationShip, and will haunt you if you fail to find him.
Clue 9:
The final deer... or are we back where we started? It's really hard to tell. This red-headed beauty needs your help, but it's all elementary, my deer.

You can comment on the forum here, but do not discuss the clues or whereabouts of the missing reindeer. If you are found spoiling the fun of the scavenger hunt for others, you will not be eligible for prizes and you will be subject to my wrath.
When you enter, please use this format:
Rules
One entry per person. If found entering multiple times, your entries will be invalid and you will be blacklisted from future scavenger hunts.
Enter only through a direct message to me on the forums.
Do not publicly (forums or in-game channels) announce the location of the missing NPCs.

0 Deer: No deer? Oh dear. You don't get anything.
1 Deer: 3x Truly Random Box

5 Deer: 2x Prism Box
6 Deer: 2x Premium Mount Box (with Santa's Savage Cart)

8 Deer: 4x 3~5 Star DNA by Cheny
9 Deer: Midgard's Gift
Each deer you find earns you a tier. So, if you get 4 deer, you get 1-4 tiers. 9 deer gets you all tiers!
