Good afternoon!

I don't know if this is the place to post this...but...i bought some IM Points with "Ultimate Game Card".

I used on the warp portal and they gave me 4000 WP.

I'm trying to convert it into IM Points but i can't do it.

Please tell me the problem because i need those IM points. =(

that's weird...because I've been able to convert the points just fine
