No, just saying you're wrong. The Jeremy NPC allowed you to keep MvP cards and the equipment 100% of the time.

 

I see, I just read the old thread. So for 192 silvervine fruits, assuming it was an MVP card it would keep at least the card 100%, doesn't say about the equipment but could assume this particular method takes both for 100%.

 

Either way, there are 4 options and only one saved both, and it assumed it was carded with an MVP card.

Yeah it saved both. I mean they could just break the equipment if it isn't carded with an MvP card.

Malangdo was a really confusing place for most people, but the ones in the "know" abused it a lot. It was also left in for a long time after decarding was disabled. A recent patch also brought it back for a bit.

The way I see it, VAS would be split into two services.

 

$5~10 for general decarding, destroys the item.

$15~20 for mvp decarding, keeps the item.

Recently in KRO Jeremy and Richard decarding system no longer destroys either your equipment or cards and the cost of lubricants (and decarding fee, for free decarding) are reduced.
But in return. The chance of success is drastically reduced.

Yep.

In addition. Jeremy (only Jeremy, not Richard) has 'special' service that only occur on 15th to 20th in every month. That will greatly increase the chance of decarding success. By doesn't lost or reduce refine rate and equipment don't be destroyed, for cards has 80% chance to don't be destroyed.

Just do a regular decals service the same price as a neurilser in kafra for now I say. No need for the mvp blah blah thing yet. One step at a time get the original decard service and put in kafra box. Then have a npc in each town so it uses the item u bought in kafra and decade your item. It will destroy ur equipment but u keep the card. We can go that route for now and see how it goes, since basically all we need is a decarding system.

IF thats the case just place it in the VAS in WP account where you buy WPE. make it cost 700 WPE or bundle it with VIP.

For example: When you buy VIP 700 wpe version or 1500 wpe version you get 1 Decarding service.

Just type the name of the gear, it must be in your inventory not worn and it will decard it for you. Once you log on you will see the card and not the gear.

and incoming people complaining the game turning cash shop based and all that blah blah. I dunno Shinobi, no matter the suggestion there will alwas be a group that is so against it that they will threaten you with saying that you are favoured by the CM/GM's and all that other load of bull.

I don't see why we can't have both options.

 

Pay zeny or cash. Or have the KP de-card item tradable and anyone can buy it off other people. People are already buying/selling KP items or selling/buying WPE points.

All i know is this, people who play this game want services provided by the company to keep playing. One of the services is decarding. Granted that it is a valuble feature but at the same time, dont assume you get such a feature for free. It requires work period. It doesnt matter if its super hard or easy peezy lemon squeazy. Work is work. Now if i was in the company i wouldnt bother listen to all the spoon fed people who want this easy to have a easy life. this game give people mouths to feed so if this is a feature you want your gonna have to pay for it period. How ever the Game masters distribute such a feature ill support it. And if any of you humes got something slick to say ill just ignore your existence of ever being born. >.>

Decarding NPC:

• Keep Card, Destroy Equip: 1K KP
• Keep Equip, Destroy Card: 1K KP
• Keep Both: 3K KP

Option 2:

 

Decarding NPC:

• Keep Card, Destroy Equip: 1K KP or 1K EMB
• Keep Equip, Destroy Card: 1K KP or 1K EMB
• Keep Both: 3K KP or 3K EMB

Option 3:

 

Decarding NPC:

• Keep Card, Destroy Equip: 1 Decarding Ticket or 1K EMB
• Keep Equip, Destroy Card: 1 Decarding Ticket or 1K EMB
• Keep Both: 3 Decarding Tickets or 3K EMB

With Decarding Ticket  1K KP, Vendable, Not Dupeable.

I think it will be a nice to have feature, even if decarding will break the equipment. A valuable card stuck in weaker equipment can be frustrating, same story for a weak card in a strong equipment.

Then it's safe to employ jeremy again in iRO, just like how kRO did

 

also provide some oils/ lubricants that giving chance to safekeep the decarded gears at certain chance (never 100% for sustainable cash shop gears selling)

 

and some lubricants /oil that gives 100% card decarding success (for MvP cards and hard obtained cards decarding)
