  • To create this headgear you'll need the following once you've obtained a certificate:

edit: Black charcoal is a RENEWAL Item. It does not exist on Classic.

The rate to get the certs from cache seems crazy when it requires KP and is account bound. Could the certs be put in the cash shop as an alternative?

I opened 130 cache for fortune hat cert, using gold keys. Got 0 certs. just put them in the cash shop i'm never putting money into keys again

Looks like ill just keep my money at 100 dollars in kp I have a better odd of playing scratch off or actually buying wpe sell it for renewal zeny and then server trade it at 5x the profit cmon learn to run a business already

Even if you weren't unlucky like Tomb, only ~63% of people will have a cert after 1000kp worth of keys?  Cache-exclusive items just aren't viable until/unless higher tier caches are released with better rates.

They're going to spend all this time creating different tiers of boxes and then nobody is ever going to open the lower tiers. Stop over complicating things.

I already got certificate wandering wolf but Could u explain why so hard finding items material like well dried bone 100 pcs = 0.25% rate, and Fur = I'm not found this monster on map, so hopeless got it.
