Update

• Safety Rod and Goal Tender Mask will start affecting Player Race

• DORAM testing continues. Were still fixing some major issues before its ready for public testing
  • http://www.playragna...aspx?id=286&p=1 for details as we post them.
• Baby Dragon Hats are updated to provide extra EXP boosts to dragons every May
• Chinese New Years Hats
  • Seasonal effects will be added to these old quest rewards based on their animal. (Ox gets small Vit, Horse gets small Dex, etc)
  • Only in effect for January and February
• New Chicken Hat and Gorilla hats for CNY

Some low level monsters in TI are meant for helping level 101-110 and level 126-135. This range is rare in party-forming and most people use Bounty Boards (or bots in fields like magmaring if you care) if monsters are in higher level...
