I'm having a similar issue. The support page loads, but I'm unable to log in to my account on the support page.
I was able to submit a ticket [<snip>] without logging in, but am unable to check on the status of it.
I tried using Firefox and Internet Explorer.

Removed ticket number.

For security issues, ticket numbers should not be posted on forums.
What you are experiencing is a different issue.
To view ticket status please register a support account. Check this guide [here] to learn how to register a support account.
To view tickets sent without a support account:
- After registering and verifying the support account, log on the support account.
- Click on View Tickets.
- In Ticket Lookup panel enter your ticket number and email used to send that ticket.
- Click on Search.
- Ticket details will be displayed the designed area.
