Not sure exactly where to post this, and lots of questions

 

I'm not really new, played actively from 2003~2010, and then off and on since then.

 

While I prefer the classic mechanics, I have 7 years worth of characters and items on renewal and I have a few I'd like to finish, I'm just, a bit clueless with the current meta.

 

Had a bit of sticker shock on some of the vend shops, I don't think I've ever had more than 1000mil at once lol, I do have decent, if probably outdated gear (mostly +7's)

 

I've been derping around louyang on my lvl 69 hunter (old school dex/agi trap/falcon build) and lvl 77 bow rouge (dex/agi/int intimidate build) for the past few nights, it's a lot faster than i remember but I have no clue where else to level them, using a +7 hybrid cursing arb, other than that I have a +9 dbl boned dbl bloody and uh, nothing really u.u

 

If someone wants to point me in the direction of good build/gear guides for these I'd hella appreciate it

 

Also have an 87 HP and 85 Minstrel and a 70~something GC sader I want to finish off, if anyone wants to party or w/e HP and Minst are decently geared and have finished NL entry quest, if people still do NL3, also have proper gear for AL3 on those two

 

Edit: I'll get screenshots of my gear/stats up later tonight when I get home, posting this on my lunch break lawl, I share gear between my 2 accounts and most of my characters

 

Last thing, does anyone know if they fixed the thing with the warlock job change so you can complete it using mercenary scrolls?  I was never able to complete it without mercs but it wouldn't give me the job change and after about 30 or so attempts I said screw it and left him as a 99/70 hwiz (RIP 196 int insta-cast)

Try Gramps TI for character with base level 70 to 150 if you dont have time for grind, you can easily find people to party there

 

as for solo grind option read Uncle Fuyuki's Guide Here also find specific bounty board and eden board that match your character levels

 

Try the recent crimson weapons for character with base level 70 and above, they're decent (basically VVS weapons with 2 extra elements of holy and shadow and 2 card slots) also cheap and easy to get, you can see which monsters drop them here in case you choose to farm them instead of purchasing them from people

 

For class build, try reading specific class subforums and iRO wiki Classes guide if you still got unanswered questions after reading them feel free to create another thread in specific class subforums.

 

as for WL test, Fill your char pockets with tons of restorative consumables, dont bother getting overweight unless its 90% overweight. make sure you're using uninterruptible cast gears, and unfrozen water / wind armors to prevent getting frozen by aqua elemental and also lessen naga and aqua elemental waterball damage.

 

use SG level 1 when the fighting test started then move into the corner, kill the aqua elemental first with CL stone scrolls or JT, then clean up the rest of the mobs by freezing them with sg lvl 1 followed with CR or CL rinse and repeat

watch video below for a little bit refreshing of the situation you'll face

Thanks guys, i've never done any of the Eden group stuff so that was helpful, I'm gonna do a no pots kamikaze run of the warlock test, probably this weekend to see how terrible it is and formulate a plan haha (I'm in a nice groove grinding up my archer types right now)

 

I don't mind the grind, I'm used to pulling 15% in a 12 hour session being a good day for exp lol, it's mostly stat builds I'm gonna need help with, and what gear to work towards, I'll start digging through more guides on here over the weekend, although I do like to wander rune midgards and see a bunch of different maps, so I kinda just, grind all over the place haha, it's a blast though

 

And well, this is the current build on the rogue, probably gonna be putting the rest of my points into agi for now

OMG!!!! DEX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! idk if you remember me but we played together on Loki when you were leader of Minions-of-Dex, my characters name was Ark but it was a long time ago so idk if you remember me ;_;

XD  I still have the guild, it's pretty much just my alts now though, I do remember you, it's nice to see I'm not the only one still here from back then :3

 

I'm on that night shift life now, so I usually don't get on till like, 2:30~3am eastern anymore, poke me on DEXRUSH or DEXLUNA (or yell at my chem if he's vending in payon)
