Hello. The version displayed in the title bar is wrong and still says 10.1.0.11b.
You can check the version by navigating into your Dragon Saga Folder, subfolder "Release" and right-click on the dragonsaga.exe. Then select "Properties" from the menu and click on the tab "Details". It shoud state version 10.1.0.11c.
The version number in the title bar will be fixed by the next maintenance.
Regarding your login problems - how do these problems look like? Are you stuck at login or character screen? Do you get an error message?
Btw, your post looks a bit odd. Where is that "Chat conversion start" coming from?
