It's not like they have any use from the 3rd class on anyway.
It would help leveling new characters more easily if one can just pop a lv 6 mercenary from the storage.
Heck, even completely removing the character/account restriction would be alright nowadays imo, allowing them to be traded or vended.

+1. especially with the incoming doram classes, this would be nice. people can buy shop them as long as they have at least one in their inventory on the account.. but the only other way to obtain them is buying boxes and getting lucky yourself.
