Hi, I have a problem I had a year without entering the game and at the moment of entering my user all have level 1 or 2 why? I lost everything I had progressed in the game. This has any solution?

This sounds like something you should make a ticket about. Here is the link to the support page
You can also make a support account that will allow you to view and reply to your tickets at the website. Click on "Register" on that same page to make a support account.
