I want a rainbow carrot. They're 0.2% drops on lunatics, which are available en masse at prontera fields (140?).

I am also wondering if it is viable to just keep mauling on slaves spawned by eclipse. I could just simply auto-click the lunatics one by one, but I want to AoE for efficiency. I know that I won't 1-shot the eclipse, but it will die within a few, say... brandish spears.

 

So, I want to know your opinion, is it fine to farm it this way? Can I shift-heal the eclipse to recover its hp?

*btw, beware of looters. I lost a worn-out scroll to a passing poporing which was full back in payon cave

I remember when I was making two lunatic hats, I tried that but it wasn't viable.  Hunting lunatics gave me a better turnout.  You can try winging around that map just outside Alberta or the one north of Prontera.

 

Btw, how many rainbow carrots do you need?  I might have a few left in my stash.

Alright, thanks for the veteran tip! I'll be looking for them that way.
As for how many, I honestly don't know. I haven't been able to tame one, and am looking forward to get that pet!

I found 6 in my storage.  You can just have them and hopefully you can tame one from these.  Drop by our guild spot near west prontera kafra.
