My friend got banned. and when he asked the GM why did they ban him, they replied that my friend used an unwanted program. and when my friend asked for proof, they replied its confidencial...
i think we have the right to ask for proof
im sure since my friend never did anything wrong, he will get his char back. and if not im gonna be sick about this confidencial stuff 
cuz his char worth alot of his time

Saying you are sure only means you're trusting him too much but that's all, maybe he really did it?

Gotta be honest, when someone asks for proof of botting from a GM it makes it even more suspicious :X

well...proof is all we need right? it wouldnt hurt anyone right? why cant they just give a solid proof? why does it has to be confidencial?

They're not going to reveal how exactly they caught your friend botting. Usually though, it's something pretty obvious if they actually did ban him for botting. That's probably the only thing warpportal actually bans anyone for.
hmm... i see...cant they record it or somethin?

There's probably no actual proof since it's based on a GM's observations of a series of tests.
