The usual Valentines Black and Red Rose's do drop but it is a super low drop rate, i have requested Helium to increase the drop rate so he agreed to add a drop bonus over the weekend.

if you think increasing the drop rate is something you need to ask for you are in the wrong
its all in the inflation rotation since many many Years now.
The trend is increasing not declining.
