There is no reason to complain,the headgear is OP but the bio 5 one is better.

 

CC is strong,we all know that but i should agree this is not game breaking.

 

It's just weird to have this headgear in the cash shop,cheap bio 5 headgear for everyone! (maybe not that cheap)

Welp, Cash shop items that give 50-75% of ingame items effect (excluding MvP cards), seems like alright. I mean the bio5 headgears are a pain to get, so they should not be overshadowed by cash shop items. But something close to that but slightly weaker is still okay... I guess?

 

A good stand in till bio5 gears comes in though.

hmm actually CC not that strong, try use it on neutral type monster. it's only deal normally around 20K damage with some billion gear

 

megs and gloom makes it strong on some certain type monster

only players who are very committed in playing geneticist can benefit with this headgear. players who has billions of z spent in this game. items with mjollnir, 2 kiels and eira that can spam cc.

Yes. They are. And RK, GX, Sura and SC still retain their race as demon.

IIRC Bio5 Hats effects are not active during WoE, so this hat would most likely bypass that :X Not that I have a clue how good CC is in WoE :X

Well geared you can kill some ppl :v but compared to the rest of dps in woe, yes its subpar. Except on GR users with ghosr balls.

Unless the one you are hitting is very undergeared or with eden gears you wont kill them with cart cannon even a GR user, CC do really crap dmg...Also CC is ranged, so is crappier now than before

Not really, you just need to be stupidly well geared yourself lol (hi +14 kvm+pyro)
