pvm wise, you dont need to be "trillion zeny geared", Ashuckel and i were talking about CC against other players, CC is really good on pvm and will be more with this hat i guess, i already do 80k dmg on a 149 gen and i dont really have like the best gear ever

I never played gene so i do not know how spammable CC is .. 

 

 

on average, how many time can u cast CC in 1 sec?

It has a 0.5s aftercast delay, ideally should be that, but gene has a very bad animation and if you dont cancel it the spam is lesser than 2/sec. By "dancing"(cast and walk imediately after) or getting hit you can break such animation and do 2/s.
If you have delay reduction gear or are standing on strings, you can reduce/remove this delay, while standing still the animation thing said above still applies, in this case if you are getting attacked really fast and have a super high aspd, your spam can get super high as well.

Unless the one you are hitting is very undergeared or with eden gears you wont kill them with cart cannon even a GR user, CC do really crap dmg...Also CC is ranged, so is crappier now than before

 

Nah ... I tanked +15 geared CC with eden gears in WoE and with Janeway in Classic

Its a joke between Sebastian, Big, Nya, and me when we were leveling in Classic few days ago. Because Classic doesnt have free eden gears but there free janeway gears lol

So Ash, its possible cast really fast with 193 aspd if i get constantly hitted??? I tried string with 192 aspd, but the cast was terrible

I don't think the Cylinder Hat is working. I equipped the hat at +7 and don't notice any difference in damage with it on. Im getting same damage with no hat equipped. Anyone else test it out?

You use CC when the MVP you are dealing with have a ghost property for example. Neutral property attacks don't hit them (correct me if I'm wrong tho)

It's reducing Cart Cannon by 1 second (Instant Cast), not .1 second lel.
